1. To earn Velocity Points, apply for FleetCard Rewards⁺, and ensure your business is (or becomes) a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and that your FleetCard account is linked to your Business Flyer account. 

If your business is or becomes a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and signs up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, you will have the opportunity to earn Velocity Points for your business by linking your accounts. 

You can earn Velocity Points for your business with FleetCard as follows: 

Sign-Up Bonus – Limited Time Offer*: New FleetCard Rewards⁺ customers who are (or become) Virgin Australia Business Flyer members and link their accounts can earn a one-off 10,000 Velocity Points when their account remains eligible for the first 2 months. 

Milestone Bonus Points Offer*:

Pump 6,000–11,999 litres in your first 6 months and unlock 25,000 bonus Velocity Points for your business. A further 25,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded when your account remains eligible for months 7–12.

Pump 12,000 litres or more in your first 6 months and unlock 50,000 bonus Velocity Points for your business. A further 50,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded when your account remains eligible for months 7–12.

Customers will qualify for one tier only, based on total litres pumped.

To qualify, your business must make at least one eligible fuel transaction each month. Eligible fuel includes diesel, unleaded petrol and E10 (excludes bulk fuels and LPG). New customers only. When you sign-up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, you will be asked to provide your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership ID (your business’ ABN) and your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership will be automatically linked to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account. 

If your business is not currently a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, your business will have the opportunity to become one upon signing up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, quoting your ABN and accepting the relevant terms and conditions. 

You will be able to view the Velocity Points earned for your business via FleetCard in your Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal dashboard. If you are new to Virgin Australia Business Flyer, you will receive your login details and account information directly from Virgin Australia. 

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal after you have met the relevant eligibility criteria and paid your relevant FleetCard invoice(s) in full. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please contact Business Fuel Cards customer service on 1300 881 246. 

Yes. Virgin Australia Business Flyer members can transfer Velocity Points in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum Points transfer of 3,000 Points.
