FleetCard have added further functionality to FleetCard Pay allowing you to process transactions online and therefore remove the need for manual vouchers.
This functionality is available to all of our merchants:
Simply click on the login button above and enter your Username and Password.
This service is available for all merchants, all you need is:
– PC or tablet
– Internet Access
– Web browser
– FleetCard Pay Username and Password
– A business email address

Please refer to the FleetCard Pay User Guide, upon logging into FleetCard Pay, for the step by step process to submit an electronic transaction via FleetCard Pay.
It depends on your internal processes and how it impacts your daily operation. We suggest that you process the transaction when you have all the transaction information to process, that way you will know once submitted whether the transaction is approved or declined. If it is declined you can request another payment method from your customer.

, do I still need to search the online hot list?
No, this is one of the benefits of using FleetCard Pay, all information is entered online and the transaction is approved/declined in real time.
You will notice an asterisk next to all mandatory fields on the page (please refer to FleetCard Pay User Guide for instructions).
Yes – this is standard functionality available through FleetCard Online.
Manual Vouchers are no longer accepted, if FleetCard Pay is offline (i.e. your internet is impacted) please call us on Call 1300 881 546 and we can enter the transaction over the phone, while the cardholder is present.
