FleetCard seamlessly integrates with toll road networks across Australia. Each vehicle’s registration number is linked to your FleetCard, ensuring tollway usage is automatically captured and synced with your account.
Toll expenses will appear on your monthly invoice, broken down by vehicle and cost centre. You can also track toll transactions anytime using FleetCard Online or download the Vehicle Analysis Report for detailed insights under the reports section in FleetCard Online.
Since tolls are tied to each vehicle’s registration, you have the flexibility to manage tolls for individual vehicles or your entire fleet.
Registering for FleetCard tolls is simple. Just follow the link below to register your FleetCard account for toll payments. If you already have an existing toll account, your billing and requested registered vehicles will automatically transfer to FleetCard. If you’re using E-Tags, remove them once you’ve received a confirmation email from FleetCard to ensure toll charges are processed correctly.

How do tolls work on FleetCard, and how can I activate this feature?
FleetCard allows you to pay for tolls across Australia without needing an E-Tag or manual payments. To activate the tolls feature, contact us at [email protected]. Once activated, toll charges will be automatically linked to your FleetCard account and will appear on your invoice. Activation takes up to 48 business hours, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I use FleetCard for toll payments nationwide, and on all FleetCard types?
Yes, FleetCard with toll capabilities works on all toll roads in Australia. The toll payment feature can be activated on FleetCard Classic (Blue), FleetCard (Orange), and FleetCard+Electric (White).
How are toll charges displayed on my invoice, and can I link multiple vehicles?
Toll charges are clearly itemised on your invoice, separated from fuel expenses. You can link multiple vehicles to your FleetCard account, and each vehicle's toll charges will be listed individually for easy tracking.
Are there any fees for toll payments, and will this affect my fuel discounts?
A standard toll fee of 10% is applied to each toll charge for processing and convenience. Using FleetCard for tolls will not impact your fuel discounts, as toll charges and discounts are treated as separate transactions.
Do I need to remove E-Tags, and can I pay for pending toll notices with FleetCard?
Yes, remove E-Tags from your vehicles once you receive a toll activation confirmation email. FleetCard only pays for toll transactions after the toll payment feature is activated and cannot be used to pay for pending toll notices or charges
Can FleetCard expenses, including tolls, be synced with accounting software?
Yes, FleetCard integrates with Xero accounting software. You can push your consolidated invoice, including toll and fuel charges, directly to your Xero account for easier financial management.
What do I do if I notice discrepancies in toll charges or want to disable toll payments?
For any discrepancies, contact FleetCard for assistance. To deactivate toll payments, email [email protected]. Toll services will be removed within 2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Can toll payments be enabled on all FleetCard types and for personal cards?
Toll payments can only be enabled for vehicle cards linked to a specific registered vehicle. Personal cards are not eligible for toll payments.
